1 First, you will need to download, unzip, and install DBBT to your PC, or Sachesi on your Mac (thanks to @ TrumpetTiger for hosting the files). 2) Once you have that completed, you will need to download the updated .bar file of BlackBerry World. You will want to put it on your desktop.

I don't believe BlackBerry has a recovery menu like some of the Androids, but you can reset and reload the OS by connecting it to a desktop that has BlackBerry Link and pressing reload. No need to access the settings menu. Very disappointing, but I figured I'd try "wiping" the machine clean and starting over with the new OS again, perhaps that would help --- Used BB Link to restore to Factory Settings, and went into restart mode/spinning wheel.
